Planning notice Bookings open from 7 days in advance. Larger guest counts, custom styling, venue requirements or detailed setups may need more time depending on complexity.

Limited weekly bookings We accept a limited number of custom picnics each week so every celebration receives our full attention, styling care and preparation time.

A refundable security deposit is required in addition to your package price when your booking is confirmed. Because custom picnics can vary significantly in guest count, setup size, furniture, décor and hired items, the deposit amount is confirmed with your final quote.

Larger or more detailed setups generally require a higher security deposit due to the greater value and quantity of items provided. After the picnic, the deposit is refunded once our hired items have been collected and checked. If any items are lost, damaged, or returned in a condition requiring additional cleaning or replacement, reasonable costs may be deducted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
